Principal Hydrogeologist

Jay Lynch’s background includes over 35 years of hydrogeologic consulting experience. He has worked in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region on project types that include environmental assessment, hazardous waste investigations, regional hydrogeologic studies, karst evaluation and sinkhole remediation, and groundwater source development. He has completed numerous municipal, commercial, and industrial water supply development projects in Pennsylvania, specifically in Centre, Lancaster, Berks, Franklin, Huntingdon, Adams, and York counties. These projects have included well siting, fracture trace analysis, well testing, and well permitting by Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC).  These projects include evaluating impacts to wetlands, streams, springs, and domestic and/or public water supply wells.
